This is a branding project that I did during school. Osaki is a Japanese restaurant named after a town in Japan. The town had some history with the date clan which was a samurai kin group. This group was famous for the large swoop on their headbands and I incorporated it into the design. Samurai also had a lot of dots, blues, and yellows in their armor so I incorporated those into the design as well.
